Westinghouse Digital Electronics, a leading North American LCD TV and monitor provider, today announced that its 37-inch 1080p high-definition LCD video monitors, and HD-Grade* 17- inch wide screen, as well as 17- and 19-inch inch standard aspect LCD computer monitors will be featured in the Custom Video Display (CVD) Exhibit, booth #120, at the Global Gaming Expo in Las Vegas, Sept. 13-15, 2005.

1080p is the highest resolution available for HD digital video display, with more than two million pixels, delivering stunning picture clarity, vivid color and crisp detail for a dramatically enhanced digital entertainment experience. HD-Grade flat-panel technology from Westinghouse Digital offers brighter images, higher contrast ratios, faster response times and wider viewing angles than other monitors.

The Westinghouse 37-inch wide aspect HD LCD video monitor (model #LVM-37w1) features 1920 x 1080 progressive scan (1080p) resolution, 600:1 contrast ratio, 16:9 aspect ratio, 550 cd/m2 maximum brightness, 12 millisecond response time, a 16.7-million True Color display and a 176-degree viewing angle.

The 19-inch monitor (model #LCM-19v1) offers 1280 x 1024 native resolution, 4:3 aspect ratio, 21 millisecond response time, 600:1 contrast ratio, 16.7 million True Color display and a 170-degree viewing angle.

The 17-inch wide screen monitor (model #LCM-17w7) features 1280 x 768 native resolution, 15:9 aspect ratio, 15 millisecond response time, 400 cd/m2 maximum brightness, 600:1 contrast ratio, 16.2 million color display and a 170-degree viewing angle. The 17-inch standard aspect monitor (model #LCM-17v2) offers 1280 x 1024 native resolution, 14 millisecond response time, 350 cd/m2 maximum brightness, 350:1 contrast ratio, 16.2 million color display, 4:3 aspect ratio and a viewing angle of 160-degree vertical by 140-degree horizontal.
